It's hard to believe that there is a big difference between dealerships and dealership service departments. I know the difference because I've had both good and bad, mostly bad. It's a horrible feeling to know you invested a lot of money just to find out after the sale you don't matter anymore. Autonation NRH has surprised me. The service department treats you like royalty. I am very satisfied. This is not the dealership I bought my truck at but will always be where I will take it for maintenance.
