Yes, a few years ago i came to the location to get my car serviced and was greeted by an associate who i felt was really rude to me and dismissive. I told myself i wouldn't shop with Autonation. I went to Autobahn to by my current equinox. Fast forward to now and I had issues with the equinox. I reluctantly called in because it was the only Chevy place nearby & my partner wanted me to utilize a dealer. I called and Kyle answered. He was very helpful on the phone and told me i could get right in if i came before 7. I got the car towed and the tow truck driver asked who was servicing me. I said Kyle. He noted he'd work with him in the past and he was a cool dude. Kyle took care of my car and coordinated with keep me and my partner who is out of state informed. He was just a pleasure to work with and let me know my equinox was originally purchased from there. He single handedly changed my perception of your dealership. He was thorough, upfront & responsive. This car will eventually go to my daughter this year so we will be in the business of buying & if it's a Chevy i will be back to Autonation. Thank you Kyle!
