Review Details

The rating of excellent is for Haley S; her customer service was exceptional as I was kept up to date with prompt information about my car and its service details. Her friendly demeaner was indeed welcoming and appreciated. However, when I arrived in the bay for my scheduled 12 noon appointment, there were two gentlemen standing and talking, but made no expedient effort to come to my car and inquire why I was there. Of course, I understand that I am not the only customer, but acknowledging my presence (or any customer for that manner), sooner would give a better customer service experience. Hopefully, this event that I experienced was just a one time occurrence and will be rectified in the near future.
