I noticed that my driver’s side axle was slinging grease on a Saturday. I immediately drove to the dealership around 3 pm. I was greeted by Steve and Robert. They informed me that there might be a $210 diagnostic fee if GM wouldn’t cover the repair, and it could take anywhere from 5 to 7 days. I expressed my concerns about the extended timeframe. Robert was very polite and assured me that he would ask the technician to inspect my ’22 Chevy Colorado ZR2 (36,800 miles) before the end of the day, but there were no guarantees. Fast forward to Monday around 11 am, I spoke with Robert. He had some good news! The axle had been replaced, and it was covered by my extended warranty through GM. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the work and customer service.
