My only complaint is that even with an appointment, it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. There ought to be a more expediated way to get customers in and out within 30 minutes when it's an oil change and tire rotation. That's just a frustration that I have and I'm sure others share.
