The experience for my oil change was great. However, I moved from New York and I don't understand why when something needs to be done or evaluated with my car, it has to be left at the dealership for 1 to 2 weeks. This leaves me without a car for work. In New York, we made an appointment at the dealership and the car was looked at that same day, and then a recommendation of what needs to be repaired was either done the same day or an appointment to come back. Never have a left my car at a dealership for so long.
