THE EXPERIENCE AT THE DEALERSHIP WAS EXCELLENT AS USUAL, A VERY NICE YOUNG MAN AS AN ADVISOR WITH A LOT OF INFORMATION (NATHAN M.) BUT THERE IS ONE THING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE WITH MAKING APPTS FOR THE DEALERSHIP NEEDS SOME WORK IT IS NOT VERY EFFICIENT, IF THERE IS A QUESTION FOR THE DEALERSHIP, CUST SERVICE CAN'T ANSWER THOSE QUESTIONS. AND ALSO, THE CHECKOUT PERSON SMILES AND SHE IS VERY GOOD BUT THE LAST FEW TIMES I HAVE BEEN THERE I HAVE GIVEN CASH TO CHECKOUT SHE TAKES FROM ME BUT WILL NOT GIVE THE CHANGE BACK IN MY OPEN HAND! IT SEEMS VERY STRANGE, I GUESS SHE DOESN'T WANT TO TOUCH MY HAND, IT'S OKAY I WILL STILL GET MY VEHICLE SERVICED THERE. THANK YOU
